The Les Dames d'Escoffier invite you to join them and the James Beard Award-winning author, Toni Tipton-Martin, for a luncheon and presentation that celebrates unsung African-American cooks and the modern American cuisine they created. Menu items include chicken and hand-rolled dumplings and lemon tea cake. Tickets cost $55 for Dame members and $65 for non-members.
