To celebrate the famed horse races, Irregardless has created a brand-new take on the class mint julep to sip throughout the season's festivities. Named after the winner of the 2012 derby, the I'll Have Another (created by head bartender Christine Cabatuan) is made with Highdive bourbon, black tea, lemon, mint, honey, and ginger. The $15 Derby cocktail is joined on the menu by a chocolate pecan Kentucky Derny Pie served with bourbon pecan Kentucky Derby Pie served with boubon pecan ice cream, available throughout Derby season.
