Join Chef Wendi James in Hill Center’s kitchen! This class covers how to cook sushi rice, what ingredients you will need, techniques on rolling the different types of sushi and how to pair the sushi with different sauces. Chef Wendi James will teach you how to roll hand rolls (temaki) and in-side-out rolls (uramaki) with a variety of veggies and fish, including pickled daikon, eel, avocado and spicy tuna.
