Kiyomi x Miyasaka Brewing Company Collaboration Dinner

Kiyomi, by chef Masaaki Uchino, will host an exclusive, one-night-only collaboration dinner in partnership with the world renowned Miyasaka Brewing Company. Considered to be one of Japan's most well-regarded sake houses (and nearly 360 years old), the dinner will feature a curated presentation of Masumi sake paired with a special 15-course omakase menu. Present at the dinner will be Katsuhiko Miyasaka, a president of Miyasaka (visiting from Nagano, Japan) and Chris Johnson, a sake sommelier (known as the “Sake Samurai”) from World Sake Import. $160 per person, email [email protected] for reservations. 12 seats available per seating, 5:00 and 7:30 p.m.
