James Beard Award–nominated Chef Chris Amendola brings his hyper-seasonal, land-guided philosophy to a special menu curated in consultation with Chambellan Perry — one worthy of the Mid-Atlantic Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Mid-Atlantic Chambellan William Perry has arranged a truly memorable afternoon. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a classic mint julep made with an award-winning Virginia bourbon. An optional monogrammed silver mint julep cup — engraved with your initials and the Chaîne logo — may be purchased in advance when you register (it will not be available for purchase at the event). This keepsake is a wonderful memento of this one-of-a-kind occasion.
In the spirit of a proper Southern summer, Chambellan Perry has arranged for Haspel — the iconic American seersucker brand — to offer interested Chaîne members a 15% discount on the purchase of their classic seersucker suit, a perfect complement to the afternoon's convivial mood (the National Chaîne will be sending additional details about this optional purchase along with a discount code; orders must be placed by May 17th to ensure delivery of the suit before the event).
The deadlines to register are May 17th for the luncheon with monogrammed mint julep cup and May 28th for luncheon only (without monogrammed cup).
