La Famosa One Year Anniversary: Coffee And Tres Leches Cake

Puerto Rican restaurant La Famosa is celebrating their one-year anniversary on Tuesday, September 14th. As a thank you to all of their supporters, chef and owner Joancarlo Parkhurst and his team will offer complimentary coffee drinks all day long. The full coffee menu, with beans provided by local roaster, Ceremony Coffee, can be found here. The offer is limited to one drink per person and on all coffee drinks on the menu including any brewed coffee or espresso-based drinks. The kitchen will also release its newest dessert offering, a Tres Leches Cake, for $6. It’s a classic recipe and the individually portioned cake is garnished with whipped cream, cinnamon and a cherry.
