Late-Night Backyard BBQ + Maketto's 9th Anniversary

From 8:00 - 11:00 p.m., Chef Erik Bruner-Yang and the Maketto team are hosting a Late-Night Backyard Korean BBQ in celebration of the release of chef Deuki Hong and Matt Rodbard’s new book KOREAWORLD: A COOKBOOK.  And joining this all-star lineup are guest chefs Magpie and the Tiger, and Paola Velez. Plus, they are celebrating Maketto’s 9th Anniversary. Founded by Erik Bruner-Yang in 2015, Maketto features Cambodian and Taiwanese fare, including Dim Sum and a retail marketplace, with a mission to build a sense of community through quality, consistency and accessibility.
