Le Diplomate: Labor Day Brunch

Labor Day means three days of brunch. Le Diplomate will be serving Monday brunch with stacks of buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, and eggs vol-au-vent with hedgehog mushrooms, creamed cippolinis, and crème fraîche.
