Beginning at 6:30 pm enjoy a Vegan Dumpling Class with the founder of Nomad Dumpling, Karen Hoefener. Attendees will learn to make colorful, plant-based dumplings. Tickets will include guided instruction and pro-tips, homemade dumplings (3 flavors), a jar of sauce, a dowl (for future dumpling making), recipies and a dumpling dinner provided by Karen Hoefener.
