This tasting class focuses on the white grapes that best convey the zesty acidity and fascinating minerality lent by limestone soils taught by Michael Franz. You will sample wine from Chablis, Sancerre, and Champagne. After you've wound up the tasting, you’ll be able to return to your bottle of Champagne to enjoy with dinner.
