Chef Saran “Peter” Kannasute offers his quarterly live bluefin tuna carving. Presented in collaboration with Merolin Caviar and IWA Premium Sake, the evening features passed bites, dishes highlighting the freshly carved bluefin tuna, and specialty selections featuring Merolin Caviar.
