Join Cheese Lady Jill Erber on a tour of one of the most scenic and delicious food regions in Italy. Your class kit serves two to four people and includes four ultra-rare selections: a full piece of soft-ripened La Tur and wedges of savory Raschera, blended milk Bra Tenero, and rustic Bleu del Moncenisio. For pairing, you'll enjoy homemade fig preserve and crispy wafer crackers. The wine is the Piedmont gem Damilano Barbera d'Asti 2018 (90 points, Wine Enthusiast). Fruit, acid, and perfect tannins mean this is the ultimate food (and cheese) wine. After you purchase your ticket, indicate where you will pick up your class kit. Class kits cannot be shipped at this time. Your class kit is priced at $55 for two to four people, and the wine is available as an add-on for $23.99. On Wednesday, January 6th, pick up your kit between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. from a Cheesetique location, and keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class.
