Led by James Beard Award-winning Group Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, the $35-per-person brunch begins with Masala Popcorn and features a weekly rotating buffet of at least seven dishes inspired by the flavors of India’s Malabar Coast. Guests can expect selections such as Kerala Fish Fry, Mangalorean Chicken Curry, Malabari Lamb Curry, Paneer Muttar and Carrot & Bean Poriyal, along with rice, dal, a breadbasket and desserts. Brunch cocktails include sparkling wine, Bloody Marys and mimosas for $10 each, or guests can enjoy unlimited pours for $25 per person for 90 minutes, with an upgraded alcohol option available for $35 per person. Brunch is offered in Malabar’s dining room and on the outdoor patio, weather permitting.
