Whitlow's opens at noon for the start of the NCAA Tournament games on Thursday, March 16th and Friday, March 17th. The new Shaw neighborhood bar will sell buckets of beer for $20, with the buckets filled with guest's choice of 16-ounce Budweiser, 16-ounce Stella Artois, or a 12-ounce Nutrl Watermelon Seltzer.
