In honor of Fat Tuesday, Exec Chef Robert Curtis is featuring a foie gras menu takeover. Hazel's "Mardi Foie" menu includes grilled foie gras with ras el hanout and apple butter; foie tarte with yogurt and fresh radish; gnocchi with foie ragout & sheep Tomme; foie gras mousse with Turkish tea gelee; and ad hoc potato with doner spiced foie emulsion. A special Foie Feast will be available that evening, as well, which includes menu items like whole roasted foie spiced with baharat, served with spiced laffa, apple hilbeh, fermented harissa, and herb salad.
