Discover the beauty of high altitude with Argentina's most prestigious winery. Learn, taste, and create your own Malbec blend in this hands-on workshop. During this educational wine tasting and blending seminar, you will experience Malbec from five different regions within Mendoza, reaching almost five thousand feet in elevation. Taste the uniquely expressive terroirs and beauty of microclimate blending. You will even make your own Malbec blend through the guidance of Catena Zapata's own Anne Marie Sgroi. Along with bountiful wines, you will enjoy a tapas-style collection of plates prepared by Cheesetique's own Chef Natasha, including: trio of Marcona almonds, dried apricots & toasted corn, warm olives & manchego, prosciutto-wrapped bread sticks, bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese, tater tots "Bravas" style, chorizo & manchego tartlets. This is is also an exclusive opportunity to view, taste, and take home some of Catena Zapata's most renowned bottles at very special prices. Please note, this is a formal seated event, and tickets are non-refundable, though you may transfer them to others. With this reservation, your card will be charged for the blending event plus tax and gratuity. Additional wine pours during dinner are available for purchase during the event.
