Vint Hill Winery will be hosting their first Chardonnay Blending Class on Saturday, May 13th. Guests will have the opportunity to taste the different components that make great Chardonnay. Lead by Vint Hill Winery's Winemaker, Mark Ward, they will discuss all the aspects of what goes into a great bottle, from vineyard discussions, yeast selection, style, oak vs. unoaked, and more. Guests will be able to "blend" their own glass of Chardonnay using the components available. Each session is limited to 20 guests. The class costs $35 per person. To make a reservation, click here.
