Join Chef Drew for a night tasting delicious, classic and inventive grilled cheese sandwiches while sipping various craft beers. As you work your way through the night's offerings, you will gain a basic understanding of which beer styles pair best with which types of cheese. You will learn how to build your grilled cheese with various ingredients, both common and perhaps a bit uncommon. Guests will take home lots of ideas for zipping up everyday grilled cheese. Sandwich samples for the evening include classic grilled cheese with cheddar, Swiss cheese and caramelized onions, and goat cheese with roasted red peppers. Tickets for this event are priced at $25 per person, and can be purchased here. Class will be held from 5:30 p.m. through 7:00 p.m.
