On Friday, April 28th, Birch & Barley will host a special wine dinner with Donny Gallagher of Trespass Vineyard. In addition to the opportunity to taste these rare wines, each ticket-holder will have exclusive access to purchase bottles of all wines tasted. Each $270 ticket includes a four-course dinner with a full glass of fine wine paired with each course, a 20% gratuity for the service staff, and access to the exclusive bottle sale.
They will be pouring the following wines:
  • Champagne Bauget-Jouette, Brut Blanc de Blancs
  • Trespass, Cabernet Franc
  • Trespass, Intrigue Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Merlot
  • Trespass, Cabernet Sauvignon
