The Inn at Little Washington is hosting a Black Tie Celebration for the 100th Anniversary of Petrossian Caviar on Tuesday, September 19th, the world's leading caviar purveyor. The evening features a 10-course all caviar centennial dinner menu paired with exquisite wines. The dinner will feature some of the Inn's classic favorites, as well as new dishes created especially for the occassion. Before dinner, guests will join Alexandre Petrossian, caviar expert and grandson of the founder of Petrossian, for a Dom Pérignon and cavair reception in the Inn's colonial ballroom with passed caviar canapés and hors d'oeuvres, and oyster bar, blini station, and vintage Dom Pérignon.
