Cheesetique and Stag's Leap Wine Cellars have worked to create an expertly paired wine dinner for your pleasure. Four courses will match four wines from the Cellars of Stag's Leap, including two 97/98 point Cabernets from the Estate Collection. Winemaker Jorge Ramirez will be discussing the featured wines throughout the evenings' dinner and how they complement their respective courses. Tickets for the evening are available for $110 per person ($143 including tax and gratuity), and can be reserved here. Dinner will be served from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
