Looking for new recipes to ring in the Lunar New Year? Slow Food DC has you covered in this crystal dumplings workshop led by Chinese Street Market. Unlike the Northern region's wheat flour dumplings, this dumpling is gluten-free. While creating rice dumplings is more complicated than flour, your instructor, Susan Qin, will share tips to simplify the process. In this class, guests will create both shrimp and vegetarian dumplings. The class also includes a curated meal alongside a festive Tangyuan dessert. Tickets for the class are priced at $65 per person and can be reserved here. The workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m.
