Chef Danny Lledó of Xiquet and Chef Masaaki Uchino of Sushi Makazawa DC are collaborating on a showcase dinner for the two cornerstones of their respective culinary traditions: seafood and rice. The tasting menu will feature eleven acts each accompanied by selected wine and sake pairings, and each highlighting a modern perspective on traditional food. This one-night-only event will take place on Xiquet's top-floor dining room, overlooking Glover Park neighborhood. Tickets are available for $550 per person and include the tasting menu plus wine and sake pairings.
