Join 2941 Restaurant for a four-course culinary experience with carefully curated wine selections. The recpetion will begin at 6:30 p.m. with dinner following at 7:00 p.m.
The nights menu will include:
Welcome Passed Canapes:
- “Vol au vent” Roasted beet, goat cheese, honey, Hamachi crudo, orange sea salt, orange blossom vinaigrette
First Course:
- Grilled Tuna Basquaise, roasted peppers, ramps, fava beans
Second Course:
- Fusilli pasta, Braised rabbit “au vin rouge” basil stuffed saddle, marjoram
Third Course
- Elysian Lamb duo “aux agrumes”, Braised osso bucco, orange & grapefruit zest, roasted carrot, turnips, coriander crusted Lamb loin
Fourth Course:
-Black mission fig & blue cheese OR Opera OR Walnut chocolate bonbon
