Chef Elias Taddesse is previewing Melange, a combination of contemporary French cuisine with traditional Ethiopian flavors at Woodmoor Supper Club. Taddesse previously earned a Michelin Star in NYC as Executive Chef of Caviar Russe, the only Ethiopian Chef to have done so according to Michelin. This event begins at 7:00 p.m. $95 per ticket.
