Miss-En-Place Women in Culinary Dinner Series at Estuary with Erika Parjus and Ria Montes

Celebrate DC's top culinary talent with this first installation of Miss-en-Place, a dinner series showcasing women in the DC culinary world. For August, Ria Montes, Chef de Cuisine at Estuary, teams up with Erika Parjus, Lead Sommelier from Bottles Wine Garden, for a four-course dinner with wine pairing. The evening begins with a cocktail hour on the South Terrace at the Conrad Washington, DC, featuring a cocktail created for the evening by Erika, along with hors d'oeuvres. Dinner is served in the gorgeous Blue Willow Room, a private dining room at Estuary. Featuring fresh seasonal vegetables picked straight from Moon Valley Farm, a female-owned farm in Frederick, MD, the menu will take you on a journey of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed with four courses created specially for the evening by Chef Ria. Each dish is paired with a wine hand chosen by Erika. A portion of the ticket sales will go to benefit Indigenous Women Rising, an organization focused on supporting initiatives that honor the health and well being of Native and Indigenous People. $175 per person.
