Modern Ashkenazi Cooking
Follow along with Chef Vered Guttman as she puts a modern spin on a traditional Ashkenazi fare. Dishes will include borscht (beet soup) with parsley oil; cauliflower, celery, and olive salad with kasha (buckwheat) and yogurt dressing; Hungarian stuffed cabbage with rice and beef (can be made vegan); and challah bread pudding with dates and whiskey.
