Moon Rabbit: AAPI Month Afternoon Tea

Moon Rabbit celebrates AAPI Month with a special Afternoon Tea on Sunday, May 17, hosted by Susan Bae, a James Beard Foundation 2026 finalist. The experience features an all-star lineup including Manuel Sanchez, Rachel Sheriffe, and talent from Jônt, Bresca, and Press Club. Guests can enjoy a curated menu of sweet and savory bites—from Vegan Strawberry & Papaya Tartelette and Baba au Rhum to Pancakes & Caviar, Fried Chicken Flight, and Crispy Rice Salad with Egg—paired with Vietnamese coffee by “Phe,” a pop-up from bar director Thi Nguyen.
