Moon Rabbit is proud to support the 8,000 hardworking fishermen and women of Bristol Bay, the world's largest sockeye salmon fishery that emphasizes sustainability in the restaurant and culinary world. Throughout the week, Chef Kevin Tien and the team will be sourcing and preparing dishes based on the salmon from this area -- some of the largest on Earth!! -- with their own Vietnamese twist.
