Métier Travel Series: Sundays in Hong Kong
The Winter Traveling Series continues at Métier visiting the country of Hong Kong. The menu will consist of a dim sum style course, followed by a selection of small plates, then capping the savory portion with a whole steamed fish, before moving on to one of Ling's favorite desserts and fried milk.
