These D.C. restaurants are serving their takes on the classic hot sub. Despite the name Ghostburger, cheesesteaks are the biggest revenue generator at Espita's Philly-inspired ghost kitchen. The team sells over 1,000 cheesesteaks per week and attributes the success of the sandwich to the authentic Sarcone's roll shipped directly from Philly, their shaved Ribeye courtesy of Pat LaFrieda, home-made white cheddar "Whiz," and caramelized onions.
