National Harbor is holding a cocktail competition on National Cocktail Day with a portion of the proceeds going to charity - Change 4 Good, a nonprofit that provides education and support for under served communities. Ten of National Harbor's top bartenders and mixologists will face off to win the $1,000 prize. Attendees will vote for the best cocktail. Tickets are $75 per person and include cocktails and food.
