National Pisco Day

Celebrate National Pisco Day at China Chilcano on an annual Peruvian holiday that occurs on the fourth Sunday of July, the occasion marks a celebration of the country’s famous spirit, Pisco. China Chilcano will toast the day with $5 Chilcanos, one of their signature drinks. Made with Pisco, Lime, Amargo Chuncho Bitters, and Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, the drink is a refreshing and flavorful taste of Peru.
