National Spritz Day at Ruse

Try a twist on your favorite Spritz with the “Harper”. Ruse is highlighting their unique take on a spritz for National Spritz Day with the Harper (Lemon & morello cherry cordial, cacao infused Campari, Almacita brut sparkling). The Harper cocktail is a play on the classic Negroni Sbagliato, where they are using seasonal cherries with a touch of citrus which compliments the cacao infused Campari. The cherry and chocolate marry perfectly together with the Almacita brut chardonnay from Argentina adding just the right amount of dry effervescence to the cocktail.
