New Year's Day Brunch With Ambar Clarendon

Ambar Clarendon is offering a fixed price brunch of unlimited small plates from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Priced at $34 per person, where you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of starters, pastries & traditional dishes, egg dishes, breakfast sliders, flatbreads, and sweets along with five distinctive brunch cocktails. Highlights from the brunch menus include Strawberry Waffle with Nutella and vanilla whipped cream; House-Made, Smoked Pork Sausage Scramble with organic eggs and vegetables; Steak & Eggs, mustard marinated grilled steak topped with chimichurri sauce, served with organic eggs; Almond & Walnut Crusted Fried Chicken Sandwich with pickled Fresno and apple-wasabi slaw; Prosciutto Benedict, served on a corn muffin with poached organic eggs and a ajvar and kajmak emulsion; the Veggie Omelet; Balkano, slow-cooked pork shoulder with kulen and house-made mustard, or Garlic Beans with smoked roasted peppers and caramelized onions. For the perfect pairing, Ambar Clarendon also serves the following featured cocktails priced at 25 cents each: Traditional Mimosa; Bloody Mary; Brunch Aperitivo with fortified wine, orange juice, and Balkan sparkling wine; Red Wine Punch with Cabernet Sauvignon, peach lemonade and mint-infused syrup, and the Mixed Berry Mimosa. For additional information please call (703) 875-9663 or click here.
