New Years Eve

Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar will offer a festive Cuban feast to celebrate the New Year with two dinner seating choices available. You can select from Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and Executive Chef Angel Roque’s a la carte menu which includes a variety of “tapas” or small plates, a selection of entrées and desserts, and other signature dishes reflective of Old Havana including several New Year’s Eve specials. If you make reservations before 8:30 p.m. you will receive a $25 Cuba Libre gift card per couple to be used during a future visit. For late night dining, there will feature a five-course prix fixe menu, as well as a Champagne toast, DJ and dancing, and party hats and noise makers for the Midnight celebration.
