Each meal includes: Starter: 3-Cheese Board with dried apricots, cornichons, crisp crackers;  Salad: Mixed green with apricots, almonds, and fried Brie, with Champagne vinaigrette; Entree (choose one for each person): Beef Bourguignon with goat-cheese-swirled mashed potatoes & oven-roasted rainbow carrots, or Jumbo Shells stuffed with (spinach, Feta and sheep's milk Ricotta with a rustic tomato sauce and roasted rainbow carrots; Dessert: Chocolate mousse with whipped cream and chocolate-dipped strawberries; and Party Gear (hats, beads, noisemakers, etc.).
