New Years Eve Dinner Seatings

The Bombay Club will serve a special New Year’s Eve menu prepared by Executive Chef Nilesh Singhvi, with two seating times available. Menu highlights include Sweet Potato Tuk, Mushroom Galouti, Chettinad Shrimp, Malai Venison Chop, Carrot Shikampuri, Chicken Tikka Lababdar, as well as Halibut Caldin. For dessert, enjoy a dessert sampler of Chocolate Opera Cake, Pineapple Yuzu Cardamom Mousse and Fig Huckleberry Pudding.
