
New Year's Menu With The Salt Line
Head to The Salt Line and clink glasses for a day filled with champagne wishes and caviar dreams, literally, as the New Year's Eve menu continues into the day featuring Caviar, Italian White Sturgeon, Crème Fraîche, Red Onions, Capers, and Blinchiki served with chilled Belvedere Heritage Vodka straight from the freezer. Bottles of bubbly will flow with Billecarte Salmon Rose and magnums of Caves Naveran, among others, offered at almost half the price. Executive chef Kyle Bailey will serve up savory specials, including entrees for two like the Whole Black Bass served with Hay Smoke, Rutabaga, Napa Cabbage, and Clam Nage, and the Grilled Bone-in Ribeye with Roasted Marble Potatoes, Broccolini, and Chimichurri.
