Nicoletta Italian Kitchen will be celebrating All Hallows Eve with complimentary Spooky Shortbread: Thumbprint eyeball cookies topped with caramel and chocolate pearls. Mt. Vernon Triangle’s newest neighborhood haunt will also host a “Haunted Happy Hour,” an all-day happy hour featuring spooky specials including $5 Beers, $5 Wines, $5 Lambrusco, $6 Tuscan potatoes, $7 Calabrese hot wings, $8 Palomas, and $8 Veggie fritto misto.
