Join Cheese Lady Jill Erber to explore the magic of uncommon triple cream cheeses from around the world. If buttery, indulgent, hard-to-find cheeses are your thing, then this class was made for you. Your class kit serves two to four and includes five gooey triple cream cheeses: Seal Bay (cow, Tasmania), Delice de Bourgogne (cow, France), Kunik (goat & cow, New York), brand-new-to-Cheesetique d'Affinois "Excellence" (cow, France - if you love regular d'Affinois, this will be a very special treat), and Saga Blue (cow, Denmark - yes, a triple cream blue cheese). For pairing, you'll enjoy honey for drizzling and crispy whole wheat crackers for contrasting texture. The wine is at least as uncommon as the cheeses, Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa. Your class kit includes all the cheeses, pairings, and access to the class for $55. The wine is available as an add-on for $24.99. You may pick up your class kit Wednesday, January 20th, 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Cheesetique will make arrangements for folks to pick up the cheeses earlier in the week if there are complications surrounding the Inauguration.
