Learn from Chef George Rodrigues and sangira-making pro Windel Alves in this intimate and exclusive paella and sangria class. Participants will be able to learn the art of making the most traditional Spanish dish, including a brief history of paella and sangira, paella and sangria-making demos, a Q& A with Chef Rodrigues, two glasses of sangria and a paella and tapas tasting.
Tickets are avilable for $105 per person, or $195 for two people. Each ticket includes a gift bag with a paella kit for two and sangria. Purchase tickets here. Class will begin at 7:00 p.m.
