Join Chef Jessica Botta for a delicious afternoon of hand shaped pasta. In this hands-on workshop, you'll use durum wheat semolina to make your dough and then transform it into classic Southern Italian shapes like busiate and orecchiette with simple tools you already have at home (no pasta machine required!).  Jessica will demonstrate a sauce using some of her favorite Olio2Go selections, and you will enjoy a pasta feast together. Other snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are also provided. Plus, you will take home the pasta that you make! Space is limited. Tickets $70 per person; purchase here. 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
