Sommelier Eric Stewart-Woodruff and the team at Cranes are thrilled to host winemaker Dario Pieropan of the influential and historically important winery Pieropan in Italy. In this exclusive evening, Dario will talk native grapes, great white wine, and the past, present and future of Soave. You will taste 3 verticals, including Pieropan Soave Classico, Calvarino, and LaRocca, plus a reserve stock of their library wine, Pieropan 'Cinque' (vintage Calvarino '08-'12).
