Doron Peterson is offering plant-based Thanksgiving offerings this holiday season available to order online and picked up from both Fare Well and Sticky Fingers. Offerings include a Thanksgiving dinner for four which includes chickpea seitan steak, mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and more ($120). There is also a wheat free Thanksgiving dinner available which includes a tofu roast, mashed potatoes, roasted onion gravy, and more ($30). Desserts are also available to order.
