Port City Brewing Co. Beer Dinner at Wildfire - Tysons

Metro D.C.’s longest operating brewery will pair a variety of its brews with four custom courses, including caprese flatbread & crispy chicken wings paired with Downright Pilsner, custard crusted salmon paired with Optimal Wit, grilled tenderloin skewer paired with Monumental IPA, and lemon pound cake for dessert paired with Cobblestone Sour. Patrick Screen, area sales manager for Port City Brewing Co., will join as guest speaker to discuss the evening's pairings. Tickets $75 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). 6:30 p.m.
