Pre-Opening Preview Of Tabla

View restaurant Tabla, which will carry on Supra’s standard of serving top-notch Georgian fare but in a more casual setting when it opens later this winter. Chef Lonnie Zoeller and the Supra culinary team (including Georgia native Ani Kandelaki) will oversee the kitchen, which will focus on two mainstays: khinkali (soup dumplings) and khachapuri (Georgia’s beloved cheese breads). Tabla will feature several varieties of khinkali and khachapuri, some with traditional fillings and others representing the culinary team’s own imagination. The forthcoming preview at Supra will allow you to preview a sampling of the Tabla menu, chat with the co-owners, as well as enjoy two glasses of Georgian wine for $35.
