The Sovereign will host Christian Gregory of Drie Fonteinen & Wildkollektief for a special tasting of 6 rare and delicious Drie Fonteinen beers. They are thrilled that this rare vintage tasting will be led by Christian Gregory. Christian has been importing Drie Fonteinen to the US for years and is an expert on the brewery and their full lineup of lambics. Together, they will honor a brewery that stands as a cultural and historical landmark, by showcasing beers that have preserved Belgian brewing heritage through the years, while inspiring others worldwide to embrace traditional techniques.
