Salamander Resort & Spa is excited to hosting special guest chef Shorne Benjamin for a restaurant take over Saturday, April 29th and Sunday, April 30th. Chef Shorne is the Executive Chef/Founder of Brooklyn based Fat Fowl New York and his new age Caribbean Cuisine has been seen on Food Network and the NYC Food & Wine Festival. Guests can enjoy Chef Shorne's famous new age Carribean cuisine through a special five-course dinner, cooking class featuring some of his most popular dishes, and a brunch experience.
