Ruse Restaurant is teaming up with Perch Supper Club for a six-course tasting dinner to benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. This six-course tasting menu is crafted by Ruse Chef Michael Correll and Chef Sam Molavi of Perch (formerly of St. Anselm, Maydan, Ripple, and Compass Rose in DC) is the first collaboration event between the two. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support the work they undertake to conserve, restore, and protect the Chesapeake Bay. Proceeds from the event will be matched by the Erkiletian Family. Tickets are priced at $174.53 and can be purchased here. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.
